2230 - Highest rested starter ?

I have a 5-man rotation, set to start the highest rested starter, but it does not appear to work.

I especially noticed this after the all-star break. The #1 starter pitched the last game before the all-star break (June 21). However, after the 3-day all-star break, the rotation continued on with #2-3-4-5. The #5 starter pitched on June 28, an entire week after the #1 starter last pitched. He was listed as 100% rested for at least June 26-27-28 and should have started one of these, I'd think.

I checked the stats for the previous season and in a 160-game season, only 3 pitchers in the league pitched more than the 32 games (2 with 33, 1 with 34) and I think I set the rotation manually on those (when activating someone from the DL).

Is this not working - or am I doing something wrong?

I will try to replicate this when I have time but for now, I logged it as TT# 2230.
