3104 - TT # 3104 (reposted in error)

1. One of the frustrations that I have written about involves my solo fictional league that I spent an hour setting up. I have a fictional 24 team major league, a AAA league, a AA league, a A league, a college feeder league, and high school feeder league.

2. I am trying to sim the first 10 seasons of my league to give it history. When I reach the All-Star game of the first season, I get the following errors, NATIONAL LEAGUE HAS NO STARTING PITCHER, AMERICAN LEAGUE HAS NO STARTING PITCHER, and a host of other related errors that when I click on "OK" the same error keeps repeating. So, I have to run the task manager in order to shut everything down. When I restart OOTP, it goes back to the previous date that I started the sim from. But, I can never get past the All Star game of the first season.

3. I have enabled the computer manager to control all teams.

4. The All Star game buttons are enabled.

5. Ghost players in minors is enabled.

Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

Hi, please try to keep this in the same thread in the future. Otherwise we can't be as effective of a tech support team. It seems this was marked as can not reproduce by Markus. That means we need to prove to him that this is a recurring problem.

BTW, did you get that driver issue fixed from last night?

I just created your exact setup and I have went past the All-Star game with no problems. It might be something with the way you set up the league. You mention it took you hours. What were you doing? Renaming stuff? Anything else? I just used a lg creation wizard for a generic 24 team lg with college and hs and it took me 5 mins to create it.

Let me know. I am thinking you should try to regenerate the schedules for each one of your leagues to start with.

When I set up the league, I spent some time renaming teams, etc. I have no idea what can be causing it. I am going to to save my universe as a template, and create another league to see if it reoccurs.

With the driver, I tried to update. I also noticed that someone else in the thread about drivers not working has the same driver and it is not working for them either.

Well, if you use a template you may run into the exact same problems as the template basically saves everything. Try it but I think you should try regenerating all the schedules on your current problem league for all levels to see if that helps.

I used the template, and I regenerated the schedule, and I was able to sim a full season with no problems.

I have no idea why I was getting all of the errors earlier. Thanks for your help.
