Where's the buton to release all minor leaguers to free agency?

I sure can't find it. Anyone know where it is?

According to OOTP itself, OOTP MLB play (modern and historical) outnumbers OOTP fictional play three to one.

Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.

Go to "Game Setup" under "Game"

When there click the "league setup" tab

Under "functions" scroll down to "release all players"

Note this does this for one league at a time so if you want to do it for more than one select each league in turn and follow the above.

I tried that, and for some reason it doesn't dump minor league players into the free agent pool.

Weird, it did for me. Make sure that you select the minor league that you wish to dump players from. AFAIK you need to select each league individually and release the players.

I did that and they went off the rosters but not to free agency, that is, they still showed up in the players' list under transactions for the league, but not under free agents for the league.

So, if you have a full set of minor league teams and you want to purge the players and generate all new ones, how do you do it? I want the existing minor leaguers gone, and I can't seem to get them to go.
