Weird scouting changes

I'm having some strange events with my scouting reports. I'll call up a guy on the trade screen and look at him, and when I close the window suddenly his ratings have changed. If I open the window again, sure enough it's a sometimes very different scouting report. The same thing happens in the draft. Sometimes after I look at the first player, the scouting reports on the entire draft pool change.

yup, this happens. The star ratings change also, though that could just be due to scouting.

Will this be fixed in the next patch?
