Bought Game/Won't install license
I just bought the game but when I try to install the license, I get the following:
Error Code 4 Parsing data returned from licensing server I did restart my computer just to make sure something needed to update after install. I did use the trial briefly and that worked fine. Any way to help? |

do you have a firewall? Try turning that off, activate, then turn it back on.

Didn't work
Well, I just disabled my firewall and that didn't work...same message. I have order probably 10+ games, EHM with SI Games and have never had an e-license problem. I'll sleep on it and see if I can think of anything else to try. I guess I could use the "offline" attempt.

Fixed - sort of
I was able to install the game license using the off-line option. I never have had to do this before in numerous e-license text game purchases, but bottom line is that it worked.
However, I was able to install the second license with no problem on my alternate machine. It must have been some kind of setting with my primary but I have installed others, including EHM 2007, with no problem. Just wanted to give you guys an update. |
