FTP uploading computer managed teams

How do I do this, without uploading EVERY team, team by team, every day...is there a way to batch upload computer run teams?

I'm not following you. Could you please be a little more explicit? If you're the commissioner, you shouldn't ever have to "FTP upload" computer-run teams, I don't think.
