What sound is played when you first start a game? I want to replace it with the National Anthem

I think it is just that the crowd starts cheering....seems to be the same crowd noise that goes through the whole game. Hope that helps!

LOL, yeah you are right. The opening is just the crowd cheering, and they do that numerous times during the game, so that idea won't quite work

Maybe there should be a seperate WAV for the opening of the game? That'd be a cool addition

Don't forget "Oh Canada" for our baseball neighbors up north.

I can only hope that the French national anthem never makes it- I'm sure it would just cause the team to surrender....errrr... forfiet the game.

Does anybody know when the "intro" sounds are suppose to play? I do not believe I have heard them as of yet.

They're not really player intros by today's standards. They do play randomly when a home player steps up to the plate, often during an important event such as a rally. It's random, but slightly more common to here them during a rally as well as the rally tunes. I like it. Sort of an old-school 60's, 70's touch when it was uncommon for every player to get an intro tune.

has anyone noticed music tied to individuals? maybe I'm imaging it but everytime Manny Ramirez comes up at home the same music starts playing
