2984 - Mac window-mode behavior quirks

Two quirks/bugs about Mac window-mode operation (running a 1024x768 window on a 1280x800 desktop):

1. The window does not recall its position from previous use. Everytime you start ootp2007 up, it reverts to a position in the top center of the screen, with the window bar hidden below the Mac menu bar.

2. If you leave the ootp window to run any other applications or use the Finder, the ootp window "jumps" to this same top-central position.
