2982 - Sliders not sticking

Didn't see this elsewhere.

I've noticed that when selecting a drop down choice, the sliders return to the top of the page. Shouldn't happen this way!

Specifically, on the Rules Setup page, you have to scroll to get to Free Agency. I pull the slider all the way down, so on a 1024X768 screen the top bar shows "Financial Rules". I select the Free Agency drop down, make my choice and BAM! the page returns to the top so that "Designated Hitter Rule" can be seen, forcing me to scroll down again ... I'd attach screenshots, but I don't know how.

Yeah, I hate this. I logged this in beta, and Markus wasn't able to resolve the issue. I relogged it as TT 2982.
