Anyone else miss the potential FAs view from the team roster

I keep missing players that I want to re-sign

Where do you guys do it from now?

Where is the most convenient place?
Do you still do it from the main roster screen ...just bring up the Salary info?

Yep, that's what I do... the salary info sort. And yes, I do miss the old view.

I miss it, too. Wish the current potential FA list page had linked names.

Anyway to patch this back in, Steve/Markus? I'm screwing up and not getting major players signed again.

There are so many wonderful stats, screens and info to check. But we need the old, simple way to see them. Even better would be the list of names, links and a right click to offer an extension.

I found this very helpful in OOTP4. Please bring it back, along with the red and green transaction arrows.

Agreed. I've been going into - front office, player salaries to look. It was much easier to goto the roster screen and look at the players on the bottom in v4.

I agree that i miss the old way, but i don't mind the new way to do it. Well, I mind the fact that it takes you back to Battings stats after you go in to offer someone an extension... Perhaps this can be made as more of a sticky-sort, so things stay where they are when you come back to there.

I missed it at first but after I found a way to keep my sort after offering a contract extension I was ok. If after you sort on years left on the roster page you left-click on the name of the individual his player profile will come up and you can then offer him an extension. After you sign the contract it will default back to your previous years left sort and therefore sort again. The key is you have to left-click on the player's name rather than right clicking

I would like it back as well, but from the looks of it there is no space for it there anymore.

No big deal, but it would be a little easier if it were brought back.

Only problem is that there's no room on the roster screen, and I love the current layout. It could be a separate page, I guess.

if you are talking about each teams individual free agent report just go to player salaries. If you are talking about for the league as a whole just go to league news and click on possible FA's. Either way, you should find what you are looking for.
