2959 - Tabbing through fields in a scroll-bar limited window

For example if use choose Names & Affiliations and are altering the names of the teams and you tab through between the fields when you reach the bottom of the visible area instead of the scrollbar moving down and you seeing the next line in the teams area the tab button takes you to Pitcher Award Name.

If you're tabbing in a scrollable frame the focus should stay in that frame until you've got to the last possible field (not the last visible)
