The patch will only be released when it has been tested and is ready. Actually, feel lucky, because DMB's version 9b patch has been in testing for the past 8 months!

Um, you gotta figure out what causes a CTD in weird situations on different sets of hardware and lg configs before you can patch. That's part of what the preview accomplished, testing out installation on a lot of different PC's.

I've read two posts in which things were mentioned as being dealt with in the first patch, but what those things were has passed through my mind leaving barely a trace.

Just to clarify...........I didn't think it was your JOB........I just figured since YOU brought it up that you had the info and it would readily share it with the rest of us. If you don't remember what you read, so be it.

By the way, I actually read this board every day, but I can't say that I read every post of every thread, and like you, I don't have every post committed to memory.

I wouldn't consider 100 a lot since everyone has different things installed on their PC's and/or has them set up differently which could cause a problem with the compatibility of any product. What % is 100 people in relation to the number of people people who have, or will, purchase the game?
