Maple and Green Silver.

I started out with the dark one, and I like it a lot. It looks very modern and the mugs and logos seem to pop right out of that background; very impressive.

Now I'm trying the wood one. I like the sepia-looking, old-time background photos, but I'd like it better if it didn't have all that yellow.

I'll give the Silver Green a closer look in the fullness of time.

Also, I'm sure we'll be seeing more schemes from the community. I'm looking forward to it. I'm a big fan of "skins"; I love to change the look of things every, oh, 15 minutes or so

I would have to think that is one of the things that will be fixed in the patch. Many others experienced that also form what I saw on the forum yesterday. I am sure they will have it fixed by Wednesday.

Maple seems to be my favorite too.

Default blue right now. I tried the others ones but since I had Direct3D on they all hurt my eyes, perhaps I will try them again.

Gotta love the maple...

The historical pictures that frame the screen give the game a lot of character IMHO

Right click and save the bmp below to your desktop as "bc1.bmp" ->
Go into you skin folder "OOTP5\Graphics\Wood Maple.skn" and rename the old "bc1.bmp" file to "bc1.old" ->
Place this new "bc1.bmp" into that folder.

it's light enough to see the trade screen text, but still dark enough for the player pages text.

Another vote for the maple skin btw.

Click the file tab, then 'Game setup', or click 'Game setup' when you first open the game.
