Logo Request "Nine"

In the past, baseball teams didn't really have names. When teams from two different towns played one another, and it happened to be printed in the newspaper, they would be reported as The Brooklyn Nine versus The Hoboken Nine.

I wanted to see if someone could come up with stylish, but old school (ala Detroit Tigers) logo (without a city name associated with it).
