Historical Financials

Where do you set the financial system for historical careers? I have read through the manual and it talks about this feature, but I cannot find where you adjust salaries, etc... to reflect actual historical values instead of having Honus Wagner making 8 million a year.

This is something that has been delayed till the first update(not patch) so that it can be in proper working order when implemented.
