Your favorite OOTP generated player
Most people posting about OOTP5 issues, but this is still the general discussion board and I was wondering who some of the greatest ai generated OOTP players you have ever seen are.
Ran 20 seasons OOTP4 league and here was my best. Joe Pohl CF,RF 33 years old in 10th season Avg 10-brilliant, HR's 9-brilliant, BB's Brilliant 8 CF B range .989%, RF A range .979%, Run Speed B, Steal Ability B Achievments: Played 54 games into his 10th season so far, all with Atlanta. Career AVG .362 Hits 2039 HR's 314 RBI 949 Runs 1187 Won Rookie of year and holds NL rookie hits(211) and average(.358) record Holds single season batting .401 and hits record 257, the only player to bat over .400, next highest average that isnt Joe's was .366 3 time MVP, batter of the month 13 times, 8 consecutive All Star games, 1 World Series Ring, and 1 Triple Crown. Has played in all but 13 games in 10 seasons. This guy did it all, his batting seperated him from the pack of other stars, but he is also a good fielder, decent speed on the basepaths, and very durable. |

Jim "Smash" Mazzola, RF. A Willie Mays type of player. Was on a couple of championship teams and always performed well in the postseason. I might have to re-make him for version 5...

Ryan Knepp. Won an MVP at 41. Is currently 1st or 2nd in 7 offensive categories all time in my CHL.

I have one.
Toronto Blue Jays SP Carlos Morales - 179-72 with a 2.33 ERA - 6 Time All-Star - 5-time Cy Young Award winner including 3 consecutive - 8-time Pitcher of the Month award winner - Only 33 years old, so he could have atleast another 5 years of good baseball left in him. Despite all of that, he's only been to the ALCS on one occasion... |
