www.NOBS-online.com uses fictional players and focuses on long-term franchise building using OOTP6.5. If OOTP2007 turns out much better than OOTP2006 we will consider switching but will not switch to 2006.
We have a mature and fairly active GM group, and the 2 teams open (STL and MIN) are very competitive.

Min has been taken, but STL is still open.
The Cardinal's have a good young-ish team, and have the current #4 ranked prospect in Pedro "Reverend" Garcia http://www.nobs-online.com/Nobs/online%20html/p59.html.
They could use a good GM to keep Atlanta, Chicago, and Florida scrappy in the NL East.
