Discount extended - Page 3

I havent gotten the discount e-mail, and I believe I should be. Ihave sbcglobal mail, and it at least would show up in bulk before if it came. Any reason for this?

I got the first email (and preordered), but not the second. Strange.

Had a thought: Is this email being sent from Europe? Are the people not receiving the notices using Verizon as their ISP? Verizon automatically blocks All email from Europe and Asia as part of their antispam policy (Making them, IMO, the Poster Child of Idiot ISPs); you receive no notice of any email ever having been sent and it never shows up in your spam box. You have to make a formal request to have a specific location unblocked.

I have an extra account with Yahoo for that specific reason.

Are you talking about a Verizon email account, or having Verizon as your ISP only?

I have Verizon as an ISP, and receive emails from all over the world(including Europe & Asia), without ever doing anything in particular to make that happen. But I do not use my Verizon email account, since I've had my other for years.

No, if the email addy somehow got blocked, it won't even go into bulk mail. This has happened to me. Navigate to the area that has blocked addresses and make sure it's not there.

Sorry for the confusion, I was referring to using Verizon's email acct. If you're using an email account from another source you're OK.

If I preorder today, is there still a possibility that I might receive the "trial" version?

I must admit, I was very timid to preorder 2007, but with the great reviews thus far, the apparent hardwork the development team has put in to make this game enjoyable again, along with the possibility to recieve a trial version before the actual game comes out... I dont think I would have any choice but to purchase this.
