SI and Markus really needs to start developing American pro & college football simulations. The amount of money you guys would roll in would be freakin' insane. (If, of course, the options you have in OOTP2007 would be implemented into the football sims).

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sure there is some sacrcasm in there and I obviously love baseball but you are out of your mind if you think football is a game of just brawn.

Football is the MOST mentally challenging game there is - in fact their is more to know and study about football then all of the other sports combined.

Most people who watch football don't know the first thing about - couldn't even define the most basic things like fronts, alignments and coverages.

that is EXACLTY what I was thinking - with the death of TPF all there is in this genre is FOF and IMO that game is good, but hasn't made enough progress.

now hopefully grey dog and wolverine are able to produce something soon but for now FOF is all we have.

dola,

But I'm certain someone will point out a freeware too that will let you eyedrop a color and get a hex code from that, which you can cut and paste into OOTP.

Thanks. I can do it with GIMP. I just thought it'd be nice to be able to do it in game. Oh well.

If you use firefox, get the colorzilla extension where you can click on any color on a website and get the hex code, and RGB values

it is perfect on say, a photobucket site

I do appreciate your help. It was just a friendly jibe. Did not mean any harm, really. And my wife is a Sox fan, not a Yankees fan.

Me neither. There's a lot of friendly give and take on these boards, as indicated by signs like this: Also, one of the first things I had to learn here was to let anti-Yankee bitterness and jealousy (again, ) roll off my back. Let's have fun here!

Well, your first post that I linked to sounded like you were speaking of yourself. I am glad to hear that she is (also?) a Sox fan. You see, the only lingering doubt that I have is this: Were you indeed referring to yourself in that post, and are you actually the Yankees fan, and is your wife forcing you to use the Boston avatar and root for the Red Sox? I don't know you and to me this is still a possibility from what you have posted on the subject. If true, you have my sympathy. Of course, feel free to tell me to mind my own business, followed by:

I assume you are referring to thread topic and not my bons mots.

Yes, this is pretty darned amazing. I am thinking that Mr. Raht may be asked to try his hand in a similar fashion to stadium design in 2008 . . .

Sorry if this has been answered, but will we have the ability to have Yankee's style jersey's, with the logo on the side of the chest?

I think this should answer your question...
