Screenshots: New team color & logos dialog

We've added a dialog to the team options page now to edit all team colors and to handle the logo and texture files if you don't want to use the default files. It even has a "select color" tool! Now you can load any .png or .jpg file from anywhere using the new and improved file browser dialog. OOTP will automatically convert it to .png and copy it into the proper folder.

And when everything is done, just click on "Update player pics" and all players of that team will get updated pictures. It's really great when you open the team homepage and all the guys have updated pictures with logos on their caps and jerseys!

(MLB Logos are properties of their respective teams and are not included in OOTP 2007)

I'm just going to play with logos and jerseys and FaceGen.

Wow, that's awesome, and a lot more intuitive and easy looking than the 2006 version. I can't wait.

Same here.

Earlier screenshots had close-up views of the player's head, with only the collar of the jersey showing. Is it still possible to have a close-up view by default?

Edit: I just noticed the Angle and Zoom buttons in the screenshot. I'm assuming that's how you change the view of the player.

Yes, there are several default zoom levels and angles of view.

This feature seems incredibly mature for a first year feature. And now that it links to the player name rather than country of origin, I have no further concerns (thanks for listening on that!). If this is any indication of this years edition, I'll be very pleased.

I actually missed that it will link to player name, even though I brought it up in another thread. That's awesome.

I agree that this looks like something more than a first year feature, like everything was very well planned out in advance with a lot of anticipation about what people would want. That's what happens when the people making the game are active in the community of the game, I guess. It doesn't hurt that FaceGen is a pretty awesome program in its own right.

I am really liking the interface, It kinda looks like a firefox skin that I use, I just love that "cool black" look. You guys have done a outstanding job with the new game, I am looking forward to download day!!!

WOW!!!! That alone is a great feature but what I really like is seeing FaceGen coupled with some MLB textures. It looks GREAT!!!!!!!
