Need! Help! Fast!

Ok, I knew I had gotten some viruses, some things kept on popping up on the bottom of the toolbar like: Security Alert: etc (name of virus) type damage, etc. and it would lead me to a site that would give a free scan and nothing else, couldnt fix anything, but I figured those might be Viruses as well.

Like a year or so back, someone showed me how to use some program, SpyBot it was called I think on these forums to help make OOTP to be better-able to run on my computer, I can't find the thread or link anymore, but found it searching the site. I downloaded Spyware Bot and got a free scan and I have around 4160 infected things, including Trojan virus, NetWorm-i.Virus@fp I need to get rid of these but everything requires you to buy it, can anyone PLEASE help me? I need somethign reliable that will not only give me a free scan, but a free cleaning. I did this on another computer with something and it worked, but it msut've been an older version because I don't recognize the Spyware Bot removal thing.

All that does is scan your computer and help you eliminate files to make it run faster, which helps, but I NEED TO GET RID OF THE VIRUSES/SYPWARE and stuff that can destroy my computer

EDIT: spyware says it only scans if you do not pay

yea....you have to buy it to get rid of viruses/spyware/etc. I need something that will actually GET RID of the stuff without paying
