preorder and discount

I just pre-ordered and I got a discount code in my email, but I didn't see where you enter it.

I ordered it for the regular price and the discount goes to the 14th. Is there any way that I can still use my discount code?

Afraid not. The discount box is on the first screen when you add to your cart.

I think the only ones who screwed it up were the people with the letters 'hamm' in their name.

hmmm, I wonder why I didn't get that offer then. It wasn't a separate email was it? Did it have to do with the credit card used or the email addressed that the game was registered to?

It was sent to the email that you bought the game under last year. I changed email addresses just a few months ago and didn't get the email with the 20% discount code either. Just PM Marc Duffy with your order ID and tell him you didn't get the discount email and he'll send you the code.
