Text Error in Trans Screen/Note for GoodSox

I fired my pitching coach and when I went to look at the corresponding notice in the transaction screen, it read that I had fired "Hitting Coach Joe Schmo." Obviously, it should have read "Pitching Coach," and yes, I am sure that I hadn't accidentally fired my HC or that my PC was actually serving as my HC, or anything like that.

Also, for GoodSox, I finally went in through Commish Mode to look at the pitcher who's contract never expired and learned that the year that the contract began was incorrectly inserted, so it was meant to expire a year too late. I fixed this, thinking it was unfair that I was being unjustly charged an extra $3mil for his services.
