1. When playing the game is there mound visits, so pitchers warm -up quicker?

2. Acting as commish, Is there a way to send a message to a team that will pop up in there news section? <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

Nope (At least I don't think so.. I haven't used the warm up pitchers option in awhile)
