OOTP 6.5 Help!!!

I've had OOTP 6.5 since it came out and never had a problem with it using Windows ME and then later Windows XP. I've since purchased a new laptop that has Windows Vista. I put OOTP 6.5 on my new PC and downloaded my leagues file and everything worked great. The next day I downloaded the newest league file and on the standings page it still show's the previous day's standings. I click on my team and it shows the previous days box score and that I don't have any games scheduled for the next day (in fact I do). All players and pitchers under the roster screen are updated correctly as far as fatigue but if you then go to Pitching Staff it still shows the rotation from the previous day as the scheduled starter. I don't know what the issue is or how to correct it. Can anyone help? I've tried deleting my league folder and re-creating it and I have the same problem. I've tried to download the file as I always have and I have the same problem. Again the initial download for the first time on Vista worked like a charm. The issues didn't start until after the first sim day. Vista isn't having a problem I just don't know if OOTP 6.5 is setup to work with Vista. Can anyone help!!!!
