People will only need the retired.dat file and this will also only work in leagues that are brand new or one where someone doesn't care about losing their previous retired stats.

Also I should mention that this dat file is applicable to any league that you would want to use it in. I have used the file that I created in both imported historic leagues and fictional leagues.
