nah, this was never about football, Beckham has never been about football. All the way through his career it's just been about his ego and himself, imo one of the worst things to ever happen to football was Beckham because all it proves to the other up and coming egos is that you don't have to be really good to earn vast ammounts from the game and make the fans pay more money out.

Since no one in American sports is getting even half that amount I think you must be absolutely right. It wont be cheap for him living in Los Angeles. Where he will want to live (Bel Air, Malibu, etc) will cost a few mil for a decent piece of property. But maybe Vik can get some work too out here.

The football here is serious and fast paced. It suits his game. And he can play without the wankers dissing him all the time. Its a good move for him, IMO.
