I'm in 6. I never meant to be in more than 4, and then when I got to 5 I said absolutely no more. Then Cooley started the UBL, I'm at 6, and NO MORE!!!

actually i find i'm able to manage 6 teams pretty well, and with them pretty much spread out (2 fictional, 1 modern day, 3 historical) I'm able to keep the leagues pretty much straight. Sometimes somebody will IM me with an offer and I'll have to ask, which team? which league? lol...

While he may be in 6 leagues, Andy was hardcore enough to spend his Monday night-Tuesday morning with the JBL and watch some great playoff action that he wasn't apart of. Props to you, Andy!

if i'm home and there's a live chat happenin in any of my leagues, i'm there, whether my team is playing or not. unfortunately i miss a lot of JBL live chats because they coinicide with my band rehearsals!

Interesting you say that. I had a guy ask me about a trade in a league, and I didn't recognize the screen name...I thought it might have been NOBL, so I checked the owners page to make sure, and he wasn't there. Checked iMLB for new owners...nope. Knew it wasn't my league or the eMLB...

Turns out the guy was trying to get me to trade in a league I'm not even in, or have ever been in.

And, you know, the only thing that's worse is that he's done it twice, both times within the last two weeks.

That's why I get to know an prospective owner in-depth before I let them into the ABL.

Can you tell me what happened to those forums over there? All I see are BBSC banners EVERYWHERE. It's just ridiculous.

Is there something I'm not doing that I should be?

Sounds like you use Norton's firewall software. Go into its settings, and change it to allow all from "baseballsimcentral.com" - after that you'll be good to go.

I too am in two leagues over there, and in the new one starting up, in addition to the two that I play solo.

I'm in two leagues, listed in the sig, and that is more than enough. I like knowing the players and GM's in my leagues well and adding anymore would reduce that familiarity. Your mileage may vary.

lol...that's bad. I may get some owners confused sometimes, and I did once send a trade proposal to a Giants owner thinking he was a Yankees owner but I've never sent a trade offer to someone not in any of my leagues.

thinking about this more, i wish this would happen to me. I'd work out a deal with him, tell him to post it and I'll confirm later.

Then go silently observe the message board of the league this guy's in and see what kinda craziness gets stirred up
