Looking for a Modern League

I am new to OOTPB06 I have yet to purcahse the game however will do so when I find the right league. I was a comish as well as a GM for OOTP3 4, and 5 so I'm expieirneced. I'm looking for a modern league that has either yet to start or just started and is no more then a year old. I want real players and real teams.
