Coach of The Year - Mike McCarthy (The Packers can make the playoffs still with that pile of crap on the field)
Offensive Player of the Year - LT, with Brees as a very distant second
Defensive Player of the Year - Brian Urlacher. Without him, the Bears are a 5-win team.
Offensive Rookie of the Year - Devin Hester. I know he's done his most damage on special teams, but he needs to be honored for having the best return season ever. He has supplemented the offense with great returns in ways no other rookie has. Jones-Drew is second and Vince Young third in my voting.
Defensive Rookie of the Year - Mark Anderson. 12 sacks for a 5th round pick. That's good for 6th in the NFL.
Comeback Player of the Year - Jeff Garcia, but only if the Eagles make the playoffs. If not, Deuce McAllister

Coach of The Year - Sean Payton (Mangini, Fisher close)
Offensive Player of the Year - Ladanian Tomlinson
Defensive Player of the Year - Champ Bailey
Offensive Rookie of the Year - Marcus McNeil
Defensive Rookie of the Year - Demeco Ryans
Comeback Player of the Year - Chad Pennington

Also, anyone who puts Hawk as their DROY over Demeco Ryans just wasn't paying attention.

Why? Because he had more tackles? Tackles aren't the end all be all for a defensive player, Hawk has been absolutely fantastic.

Now that I look at it, what other statistical category does Hawk have Ryans thrashed in to the point that he can make up for the difference of 28 tackles? Same amount of sacks, forced fumbles, and interceptions.

Remembering back to the draft, I think maybe you're just a fanboy for Hawk and can't see beyond that.

They both were great, but I'd give the edge to Ryans as well.

Yes, I picked Wimbley mostly cos I thought he played DL all year and had a ton of sacks.. .... so I'll stick with him just so he gets a little limelight

I never said Ryans would be a bad pick for DROY. My point was that just because people thought Hawk was the best rookie defensive player this year doesn't mean they "weren't paying attention". I don't think you can go wrong with either.

I gotta remember this is a baseball board so everyone is just going to look at statistics to make their claims as if there are no factors involved such as defensive schemes, POSITIONS, etc.

Ryans is a MLB he should naturally have more tackles than an OLB. At the end of the day all the scouts, analysts, etc. have been raving about how good Hawk has looked so again I don't see the big deal with picking him over a guy who played on a defense that got absolutely thrashed. Most years the Big Ten is led in tackles by some obscure LB from Northwestern or Indiana so I don't really put a whole lot of stock in that statistic.

So to summarize:

Ryans and Hawk have both had very good years and would both be worthy of the award and tackles aren't everything.

If being a fanboy is thinking along the same lines as a lot of "experts" and thinking that Hawk had an extremely impressive rookie campaign that is deserving of an award then count me in as a fanboy.
