New OOTPv4 League

The International Baseball Association is looking for owners for 26 teams.

This league is a 30 team league with 9 teams located outside of the USA. There is no salary cap, and all rosters are updated to Spring Training 2003. The 8 teams located outside of the USA (not including Toronto Blue Jays) are all relocated MLB teams. The league has been realigned. Check out the site (http://ibabaseball.tk) for more info.

We are looking for owners that know something about OOTP. I have been in a lot of leagues that had owners who didn't know anything about OOTP.

EDIT: Team pages are down because we cannot find an updated roster set. the Yankees, Braves, Mets, and Reds alreadyhave owners.
