I wrote Milan off in the summer for a number of reasons, but mainly the talk coming out the camp after the penalty was reduced to eight points. The players were beaten in the league before a ball was kicked, they didn’t think they had a hope, and that attitude becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. Once Ancelotti started to talk about focussing on the ECL I think any chance they had of overhauling the deficit were gone. God knows why they had this defeatist attitude, especially as they were 12 points ahead of Inter and the rest last season, but there you go.
...including his analysis was spot on.

I still wouldn't class it as a league championship as it is not a permanent fixture between the top two. But it's down to interpretation which way you want to call it.

I don't know why it couldn't. I didn't even know the rule until I read it somewhere or other.

In Mexico too Sunday was Championship day. At least according to the Chivas fans I know. They have a system thats a hybrid of Euro football and American league structure with their weird playoff system.

Even more exciting is the Joenbock v Auckland match about to start. They might delay the Champions League draw an hour so as not to conflict with the 2nd half of this vital match.

They won't need to, because nobody watches the Champions League draw anyway. It's not exactly exciting is it?

They could make it more exciting by having the last team drawn all put to death. It would be a throwback to Roman times.

Which version have you got - paperback or hardback?
It says the paperback has less pages, although as re my earlier post it looks cheaper.

The printing is most likely smaller.

Ah, okay thanks. I'm just scanning Amazon as the prices are ridiculous if the wish list prices are true.

Its also probable that they could be different printings of the book thus the difference in prices...like Penguin Publishing that offers classics in very inexpensive editions.

It just seems odd to me that the price on the product page is different to the price when you put the item in your wish list.

Are you sure the prices on the product page arent in dollars and the wish lost in pounds?

No, it's from the UK version of Amazon.

Here's an example:
Item page

Size: 60.5 KB

Wish list

Size: 36.1 KB

Btw, I hope Amazon aren't reading this and change it before I order.

See where it says so many new and used available for a lower price? They are giving you one of those.

Well they must have changed it then since I last used them. That explains it though, so thanks for the help.
