When I start the game it gives me an error messege saying "OOTP4.locked has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience." Did you ever have this peoblem? Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

You really need to give us more detail, has the game ever worked? What is your system config and OS? If it did work, what as the last thing you did that worked properly.

Yes the game worked today and after I restarted my computer it started giving me that error messege. I have windowes XP.

There should be a text file called "receipt.txt" that has the info and it should be in your OOTP4 directory.

I can't find it, is it because it's in my D:\OOTP4 folder. Should I install it in C:\Program Files?

When I right click on OOTP4.exe and go to eLiscence control and then product details it says that I didn't purchase the product yet even though i did.
