Final day of JFL regional league playoffs, and as expected the Nagasaki based club screwed up.

Fagiano Okayama 1-1 TDK Akita (TDK won 4-3 on pens)
V Varen Nagasaki 1-2 FC Gifu

Not according to the FM boards..someone wanted to play them and was thinking of editing their team rep so they would be sure of being promoted.

Im emotional like you. I was at tutoring when I heard the end of UCLA's massive upset of USC and I got a little teary.

My kids were unmerciful in their cruelty to me. It was OK because they learned about what rivalries were all about I could see in both their eyes that they too would be fans. It was a great moment.

If you want to know how sad I am, I scorinated (the technical term

) four years of GFLS yesterday.

So I had to set all the ratings, and then make the final standings just to complete the league history. And I remembered to make sure Ellerslie beat Allenborough in the "Flood Bowl".

I'll post the standings later probably.

At least you cried at the result of a sporting event. I did when we won the Olympics.
But I also cried twice at "Finding Nemo" - now that is a tearjerker.

Whats the GFLS? Its not sad when you do all you can to make a dynasty as realistic as possible.

I didnt really cry..I was a little teary and one of my kids noticed and asked..and laughed

. He was right though. After seven straight years of losing..revenge!!!! It was so sweet. Check out espn.com video hilights to see how shocking it really was.
