New League?

Hey guys I'm just looking to join a new league. Preferably one with the actual players that hasnt started simming yet.
I've been in plenty of leagues, co-commish of one, but the ones that I'm in now seem to be inactive and dying.
If you run or know of one please let me know! Thanks!!
