He has no right to moan, as he like all the other managers only moan about decisions given against them when they lose. Not when they win, not when they get the decisions, but when they lose. His tactics and team were just not good enough tonight, but he'll shift the blame on to the poor official to divert attention.
I'm sick of this disrespect by managers and players to officials. If we didn't have officials, all of them would be out of work. They should think about that the next time they moan at one decision in the game.

Agreed 100%. Bad calls are a part of EVERY sport, and if you can't handle that, you need to find a new line of work.

Great point about managers with selective memories.

But to lose such a big match on a bad call is enough to make your stomach turn. But you are right. Man U had their chances and couldnt convert.

No they wouldn't, as Celtic have the head-to-head in their favour (the first tiebreaker, not all the group games).
Both teams won one game, and scored three goals each, but Celtic have two away goals from their 3-2 loss at Old Trafford, so they would finish ahead.
