Free Agents Traded

I know I've seen a discussion on this but can't find it even with a search, but I am having 5 or 6 free agents a year signed and being traded in the same off season, sometimes within a day or so of each other. Does anyone have a workaround on this or how do you deal with it? Just let it be? It's really getting annoying because this just doesn't happen IRL.

Can anyone direct me to thread or give me some advice on how to stop this?

Sometimes that really does happen. Look at the NBA, sign and trades are common because of the cap loophole.

Well, maybe in the NBA. I'm not sure it happens much in MLB, if at all. And certainly not as many times as it is happening in my league.

It can't happen in MLB, all FA signings come with an automatic no trade till June (I think). There are sign and trade I believe, but that's extensions.
It's a loophole in OOTP contract rules... there's not much you can do about it except outlaw trading.

The fans provide giveaways to the team, or else.
