New League Forming - Need 2 to Start

We're going with 16 teams and starting with an initial draft from a pool of 18 MLB teams of players.

I've been a commissioner for the ISL League for about 2 years now and things have been great over there.

The League site is not finished, but here is the address:

We will be simming 4 times a week (M/W/F/Sun) for ten days each sim

What rating system are you using, 1-10? Just curious, I'm interested but there isn't much for me to see through the website. What are your rules and such?

We'll be using 1-10 for talent and 1-100 for the ratings

A good idea of what the rules will PROBABLY look like is to look at the rules for our other league, the ISL
