bigMatt, the UTBA db should be resting in your inbox now.

For the rest that requested the UTBA db, you should have received the flag zip by now. Sorry for any delays, my little country dial-up service is sometimes not the best.

Thanks Scot-The database looks great!!!

Are we starting tonight?

Maybe just 1 match, perhaps and expansion team, similiar to that of opening day baseball in having 1 game on Sunday night just to get everyone wanting more

Starting in the morning. I'm currently working on the rankings so I can get them posted before we kick-off.

By all means jbergey, feel free to run some exhibition matches but make sure to post some results here.

The free agent wire will close in 12 hours. Any last minute waiver wire requests, get'em in.

If you guys also want the photos of the ring-girls I'm using for the UTBA, let me know, I'll send them as well.

And no Mike..............there are no muscle girls in the bunch.

Sign me up for that, also I'm wondering could you send the bout logs my way if possible as well I'm interested in seeing how some of the fights played out.

I have one request for somebody that has the db. Run a match between the Mitt Slingers and the Muckboys and post the results.

I don't mess around with the db I'm using for the league as I'm afraid I'll forget to uncheck some box or something and destroy the league's records and history.

Ring-girls.......no problem.

Bout-logs............it'll take awhile.
I have them all saved on a back-up disk. After each week in the UTBA, I go through and delete all bout logs an such but only after I save them to disk.
Do you want the logs for all the teams or just the Muckboys?
Do you want both season 1 and 2 or just season 2?
No problem getting you what you want, it will just require a couple of days.

Screw it don't worry about it and I'll do the Muckboys/Mitt Slingers match up now.

This week showcases Zab Judah, a prized addition to team Beaver.
I've just kind of stole your idea but I mainly wanted to put the Tony Wehbee up avatar since he looks ready to steal your soul and he's just a scary scary looking man.

Things don't look very promising for the Mitt Slingers.

No, not the greatest of starts but the regular season match between us should be alot closer since some of your guys should be pre-prime by then.

I'm having a blast. A look ahead in time perhaps.

I have auto-scheduled 4995 fights. Now I am running a 32 man round robin tourny on all of the weight classes. The results are in:

Heavyweight: No surprise here - Tied with 28 wins a piece Peter Jackson(93-7-3) and Max Schmeling(86-12-4)..I must apoligize to Ken Norton, In this initial tournament I was thinking right away with the 32 team tournament(thinking we were still at 16 teams) and forgot to put him in... He along with the two that tied in this tournement have dominated this division.

Light heavyweight:30 wins Bob Foster(92-5-2)
Archie Moore looks like a future superstar(60-14-1)

Middleweight:29 wins Mickey Walker(106-7-1)
Monzon 51-11-3 and Dick Tiger 52-19-4 look like future superstars

Welterweight-27 wins Pipino Cuevas(62-21-4)

Lightweight-28 wins Freddie Welsh(92-11-4)
a lot of young stars in the division Jc Chavez(55-10-1), Beau Jack 48-13-3..Petrolle and Corrales also look like they will be forces

Featherweight:26 wins Bernard Taylor(78-22-6) and Young Griffo(89-9-4) split a very tough division. Howard Winstone and Danny Lopez look like potential stars

Bantamweight:30 wins Alfonso Zamora(87-7-3)
Jimmy Carruthers(45-15-2) looks promising in the mediocre division

Flyweight:with 29 wins the dominant Vic Darchinyan(97-11-3)
Santos Laciar is looking good, Arce is has been dominant as well

I can't believe nobody gave me crap for not taking Mancini as one of my LW's. It was tough not to but that +6 on defense told me to stay away from him.
