Deleting player positions
We're starting up a new league, and some of the players in the roster set have "ghost positions" - if you scroll through their available positions, positions will come up that they aren't rated at defensively. But if you look in the .csv file, you can see that they have fielding percentages but no ranges.
Is there a way to remove these positions from the game so that the player won't play there? The main reason we want to do it is that, so long as these ghost ratings are in there, the players can't be taught those positions.

I don't think it is possible. I just deleted a player's range at 2B in a test league via the editor and 2B still shows up.
