Virtual Owner League (offseason start) Opens Doors

ANd the league file will be up this evening.

Features of the league:

Complete and interactive website.
Use of all of the features that OOTP 6.5 brings, including the Rule V draft and 10 round amateur drafts each season.
A league that features the most up to date rosters out there.
League start date in the off season so teams get to go through the draft and free agency.
Real life drafted players from this past MLB draft (will be placed on their correct teams).
Salary cap of 105 million (all teams are under) and that is subject to change if teams want to.
And much much more.

Of course some ratings may need to be edited and the forum will have a section for any errors in the file. And don't be worried by seing players like Andrew Miller as free agents, they will be placed on their correct teams.
