OOTP 2006 Historical league still going strong, currently into 1993 season. We would like to increase the number of teams in the league. http://thepbl.vernsworld.net Key settings in the league include: Media contracts for teams are all the same No Minors teams to mess with (using Reserve roster system) Revenue Sharing/Cash Max enforced DH Enabled Draft picks can be traded No Team owner influence (all revenues can be used)
