Question regarding nations.txt

Regarding the following line in the file:

206,The United States,U.S.A.,USA,American,4,5,0,71,1,27,2,2

As long as the percentage adds up to 100%, I can remove or add as many name sets as I want, correct? Also, can 1/2 of a percent be used (ie - 0.5 or 7.5)?

don't know about the second question, but it's a computer so it can probably handle non-integers...try it

I never tried using a non whole number in nations.txt.

This goes into the category of things that make you go, hmm.
