Yeah, I've been checking the thread every day or so. I just read the thread right before you posted. I'm waiting on the digital download. I'm not 100% sure if I'm even going to get the game, but if I do it'll be digital download.

According to my Amazon order, it shows a ship date of Nov 4th. I did the slowest non-free shipping though. If I did the free shipping it showed Nov 8th and with shipping it's possible I'd just barely get it by Thanksgiving. I'd much rather pay $5 and get it by about the 10th.

From what I understand is that the DD version doesnt cone with the UK English language pac.

Has anyone uploaded custom logos & player pics? I found a bit torrent supplying a bit of a variety pack (english facepack, a couple of European league & club logos, etc..) called fm2007gfx.zip but can't figure out where they go. I was banking on there being a text file in the zip but alas, nothing there.

As long as the pics are correctly referenced (should be XML files in each subfolder linking names to player IDs), they can go anywhere under the DB/700/... path I believe (or other DB path under My Documents if you've edited).

America first: the email I got overnight tells me that we will SHIP on 2nd November to Amazon. So they should receive it and start to ship to consumers directly after that. If it takes them 10 days to get stock to you, best ask them why as I have no idea.

We're still trying to get a digital download version live for the 2nd but I don't have an update on that, SI will need to provide one.

Australian stores should have stock as of the 2nd. I was given this information from our distributor there - "The best stocked retailer will be EB Games. JB Hi Fi, Harvey Norman and The Games Wizards will also have stock and most other games retailers should also have copies."

Currently into my second week of playing FM2007. Glorious. Managing Infjarden at the bottom of the Swedish divisions in true Llama style.

Started with a 6-0 loss
Then a 4-1 win
Then a 9-1 loss

11 games into the 22 game season, I'm 9th of 12. Bottom 3 go down. Board are disappointed as they asked me to battle bravely against relegation... I'm out of the zone aren't I, you daft Swedish bastards!

Yes. The reason they changed the title in the USA is because they were afraid people would confuse it with american football. Now that would be stupid.
