ootp 6.12 and winxp 64 bit

Im trying to purchase license for ootp6 on a winxp 64 bit system. I get error 23 from elicense and then my runservice.exe process will continue to use 99% of cpu even after un-installing game. Only way to stop runservice.exe is to uncheck LicCtrl in msconfig under services tab. If I leave unchecked then I cant even begin to attempt to get license when game re-installed. Any advice appreciated.

I would email support@elicense.com about WinXP 64 bit and OOTP 6.

I don't believe they are compatible, but they would be able to give you the info on eLicense and your OS.
