Help with Banner

Hey guys, I have been running a league for over a month now, and am about to step it up a notch. I began with just a forum and obviously the OOTP created site, I would like to add a solid website with some awesome graphics. I have done websites before, but not in a long time and need some help creating some graphics. Here is what I ask:
1. I am very into having players on the banner. I would like to see Johan Santana, Miguel Cabrera, Travis Hafner and Pujols.
2. This will just be a top of the website banner, so normal dimensions would apply.
3. The name of the league is Unstoppable Baseball League, you can use that or the acronym UBL.
4. As far as a background is concerned, I was thinking a backdrop of a legendary field like Wrigley or Fenway, or perhaps some not in use anymore. However, anything that looks good is appreciated.

Also, we use all real players and use the 6.5 edition of OOTP. Anyone willing to help me out let me know, it's really appreciated. Thanks!
