Question about rosters

Is there anyway to edit the player ratings in the Rolen, Cubby or World Universe roster sets? For example, I want to make Manny Ramirez's contact rating better. Is there any way of doing this? If there isn't, how do youmake your own roster set?

Question1 yes you need to be in commissioner mode.

Question 2 Yes

Question 3 Way too long of an answer to give quickly would take days maybe weeks, maybe even years to describe the process.
