Foreign player limit

In my online league, my team is based in Japan and we have no foreign player limit in the game setup, it use to be 4 but we switched it before the season started. But now when I try and bring up a player it says The limit of foreign hitters on the active roster has already been reached. I go to league setup and there is no limit. There are 4 other foreign players on my roster, did that change not go through even though it says it did?

Wondering out loud here, because I didn't code this, but it could be that the immediate upcoming season has already been configured based on rules set in the previous season. It may take another season for the rule to take effect. If not, please follow the steps outlined here http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...d.php?t=129812 so this can get fixed.

Well we changed it before the season started but we did do a spring training sim with it. I'll sim a season in advance and see if it still does it.

Sorry there's been such a long gap in responses, molarmite.

Is this still an issue, or did it end up fixing itself in subsequent seasons?

The online league went under, but I'll try and recreate the situation and see if it works.

We have a rule that states that Tech Support threads wherein we have not received a response within 7 days will be closed.
