How Do I get a refund?

I ask for help and my topic gets deleted, I don't want anything to do with these people, how do I get a refund?

I'd like a refund too. Since I got this damn game all I do is PLAY it and PLAY it and PLAY it... it's TOTALLY not fair to my other games - let alone my wife and kids who have only seen the back of my head since it came out.

Posts will move lower down the cue as other posts are replied too... just relax. For future reference you are also more likely to get a quick response to a technical support issue, in the <a href="http://www.400softwarestudios.com/ubb/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum;f=4" target="_blank">Technical Support & Trouble Shooting Forum</a> . There is less traffic there and as a result your post stays closer to the top longer, so its easier to reply to quicker.

I believe you'd need to contact the sales dept. for details on the refund policy...
