Great Coincidence

I was unware that the Bristol White Sox (R League) have a pitcher on their roster named Patrick Feehan until I started playing this game with Rolen's rosters. Patrick Feehan just happened to be the name of my 8th grade history teacher. Haha!

The game has a odd tendency to come to life at times, along with its peculiar coincidences. Here's to "your" Feehan making his own history.

I once drafted an "Alan Carter", thinking that some distant offspring with the same name would get to pilot Eagle One from Moon Base Alpha, and that if I gave this guy some employment, he would earn enough to keep the family name going, and therefore eventually grandfather a great friend to Commander Koenig.

Much later, I realised that Space:1999 took place, well, in 1999, which was some time before my OOTPB universe.

Sometimes, living in the future really sucks.

To add insult to injury, my Alan Carter never did very well, and mostly lived in the minors siphoning money from the big league team with his fat contract.

Still, as far as coincidences go, I can still look forward to the one in OOTPB 6 where my self-named manager in his 50's gets stalked by 19-year-old baseball goupies. Oh, I think I'm going to like that one...

Wow! Now I can say with confidence that two people watched that show!
